“Josh possesses a vast knowledge of the market, is accommodating and friendly. He took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions, no matter how trivial. The open communication between my family and Josh was above and beyond, resulting in zero confusion at any point during the sale of our home. Would recommend him to my mother and grandmother!” — Travis and Cassie (Source: www.har.com/joshhayles)

This came from the rating system that HAR (Houston Association of Realtors) has in place for those who buy and sell homes through a realtor. HAR allows the public to rate the agent they worked with (if the agent chose to participate in the rating system) in these 4 categories: competency, market knowledge, communication, and overall experience. Not every realtor chooses to open themselves up to public ratings and feedback like this. HAR is strict with their non-biased rules that are in place to make this a legitimate resource for the public to research agents and find authentic reviews. For example, an agent cannot pick and choose which clients get a survey. Everyone gets the chance to voice their opinion. No rating system is perfect but at least this is fair and it definitely keeps me on my toes to do the absolute best I can. My clients’ experience is something that I have the utmost concern about. If you don’t know much about me, I encourage you to read my reviews at www.har.com/joshhayles. It’s a good start for getting to know me better.
